This book has two features to make your cooking Nicaraguan traditional recipes and those that have been adjusted to Nicaraguan cuisine .First, there is one recipe per page, which will allow you to easily print it for your use in the kitchen. Secondly, this creates open space on many pages, or at the least a page near at hand for your notes, either on printed copies or using a computer pen to add them right on the digital copy.. On occasion you may wish to note what substitutions you made or where you were able to find an unusual item. This hopefully will allow you to keep your notes with the book where you need them.
